Brie Wedge - Panko crusted Brie with warm Cumberland sauce
Cocktail - Prawn & salmon cocktail with brown bread

Salmon - Steamed salmon fillet served with creamy prawn and thyme sauce and Dauphinoise potatoes
Wellington - Roast Mediterranean vegetable and Stilton wellington with crisp fresh salad and warm Cumberland sauce
All mains served with fresh seasonal vegetables
